Please DO NOT send your child to school with any medication in their school bag, without staff knowledge. The Medicine Consent Form must be completed, signed and returned to the office, along with the medication.
If you would like us to store medication long-term (ie; asthma inhalers, hayfever tablets), please let us know.
Hard copies of the form are also kept in the sick bay - please ask for one at the office.
